What are your shipping rates?

Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in North America. 

Orders under $99 can be shipped for a nominal fee of $4.99 US

We have an express shipping option which guarantees delivery in 2-3 business days for $19 US for orders being delivered to the US and Canada.

We have a flat rate shipping fee of $19 US to ship to any country outside of North America regardless of order size.

Where are your headquarters located?

We are based out of Toronto, Canada.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code per order will be accepted. If you experience any difficulty using a discount code, please email us at before placing your order, so we may assist you with your purchase. 

Discount codes are not able to be used during Boxing Day sales as everything in the store will be on sale. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, however standard shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days in the US and Canada. Shipping times during a SALE is approximately 1-2 weeks and orders will be shipped out in the order they were received.  We have an express shipping option, which guarantees delivery in in 2-3 business days for orders in the US and Canada.

Customs/Duties/Lost packages

Lola & Taylor is not responsible for any duties or customs fees incurred upon delivery; though it is rare, it can happen. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when standard shipping is used as it is not insured or tracked. 

What is your Return Policy?

New and unworn/unused items purchased online domestically are eligible for an exchange or store credit. Lola & Taylor must receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of the delivery and all original tags must be attached. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other error by our account. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.  We do not accept returns on any car seats, bedding, sleep wear, sleep sacks, bathing suits, baby carriers or undergarments. Returns are discretionary upon inspection of the item once received by us. If you need a longer return period please send us an email to as we are willing to make exceptions in certain circumstances (i.e. gift purchase, etc.).  Returns will be processed in 3-5 business days.
