We ship worldwide!

How much does shipping cost?

We ship any size order to anywhere in North America for free.

Shipping to any country outside of North America is a flat rate $19 irrespective of order size.

We also offer 1 pick-up location in Toronto, Canada at our retail store location 264 Jane St. If you opt to pick-up your order to avoid shipping charges we will call / email you to coordinate a pick-up time once your order has been fulfilled.

We are based out of Toronto, Canada.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code per order will be accepted. If you experience any difficulty using a discount code, please email us at info@tinytrendsetter.com before placing your order, so we may assist you with your purchase. Clek and 7 A.M. are excluded from discounting.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to fulfill all orders within 1-3 business days.  Shipping times vary depending on the location that the order is being shipped to, however standard shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days in the US and Canada. Shipping times during a SALE is approximately 1-2 weeks and orders will be shipped out in the order they were received.  You can also pay to have us express ship your order in 2-3 business days.

Customs/Duties/Lost packages
Tiny Trendsetter Inc. is not responsible for any duties or custom fees incurred upon delivery; though it is rare, it can happen. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when standard shipping is used as it is not insured or tracked. 

What is your Return Policy?

New and unworn/unused items purchased online domestically are eligible for an exchange or store credit. Tiny Trendsetter Inc. must receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of the delivery and all original tags must be attached. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other error by our account. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.  We do not accept returns on any bedding, sleep wear, sleep sacks, bathing suits, baby carriers or undergarments. Returns are discretionary upon inspection of the item once received by us. If you need a longer return period please send us an email to info@tinytrendsetter.com as we are willing to make exceptions in certain circumstances (i.e. gift purchase, etc.).  Returns will be processed in 3-5 business days.
